What is the T.T.A Lift (Thermi Thread Assisted Lift)?

It is a unique technique we have developed that involves minimal tissue mobilization and offers a surgical solution to facial laxity. This is a mildly invasive procedure that combines three different methods — ThermiTight, long-lasting specialized surgical threads, and deep plane lifting — and can be performed under local anesthesia or mild sedation. In essence, it represents a modern version of a mini deep plane facelift.

The technique is applied in two levels:

T.T.A Lift 1: Focuses on the upper face, providing a lift of the midfacial zone and rejuvenation around the eyes and cheekbones.

T.T.A Lift 2: Targets the lower face, jawline, and neck, restoring facial contours while offering smoothing and tightening.

Who is it for?

It is suitable for patients with mild laxity in the midface and neck areas who do not wish to undergo a more invasive procedure.

What are the benefits?

The combination of these three techniques results in comprehensive improvement of the face and neck’s appearance.

ThermiTight technology achieves skin tightening and fat reduction in targeted anatomical areas through the use of monopolar radiofrequency delivered under the skin.

The use of permanent surgical suspension threads provides deep-plane SMAS-level support and elevation of the midface, while also stimulating tissue regeneration and collagen production from the patient’s own tissue.

When combined with tissue mobilization, these lead to tightening, regeneration, and lifting of the facial structures, as well as improvement of the facial oval.

The postoperative course is brief, with rapid recovery due to the limited tissue manipulation. The technique is well-tolerated by patients. In rare cases, mild swelling or bruising may occur, typically resolving within 2 to 4 days.

Most patients who have undergone the procedure report being highly satisfied with the results, particularly regarding their quality and long-lasting lifting effect.

As with all minimally invasive surgical procedures, the final evaluation of results is made after any swelling has subsided. The outcome includes skin tightening, improved texture, and a restored facial oval through anatomical zone suspension — performed at the deep plane preserving lift level, within the framework of a mini facelift.

Duration

This limited surgical procedure lasts between 1–3 hours depending on the selected type (T.T.A 1 vs T.T.A 2) and whether additional treatments are needed (e.g., laser ablation, nanograft filling, etc.).

It is an excellent option for patients who require substantial facial lifting but are not yet ready for a full Smartlift deep plane face and neck lift.
