Terms and conditions

The Virtual online appointment is a complete detailed information with Dr. Andrea Ioannidis total duration 40 minutes. In order to be valid, the availability must first be confirmed by the doctor’s office and then the appointment must be scheduled.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by deposit up to 48 hours before the appointment
Via payment link where the candidate enters his card details following the steps
Money transfer to company account

Cancellation policy

The candidate has the option of canceling and transferring the appointment, informing the doctor up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and can make it up to 3 months from the date of payment.

In the event that for some reason the scheduled appointment is not canceled in time, in order to reschedule it through your own fault, all the initial steps will have to be repeated and an additional charge will be made for new dates.

Withdrawal

The client has the right to withdraw up to 3 days before the scheduled appointment. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

For the withdrawal statement the customer can contact the secretariat for cancellation, provided that the service has not already been performed.
To change the date of the scheduled appointment, the client must contact the secretariat at least 3 days in advance for consultation and rescheduling.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, the company is obliged to return the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the notice of withdrawal of the customer.
The refund process to the customer will be done in the same way as the initial collection. The refund in case of payment by bank transfer is also made by bank transfer to the same account of the customer.
