Cryogenic Therapy

What is Cryogenic Therapy?

Cryogenic therapy is a technology that utilizes low temperatures to simultaneously achieve double-chin lipolysis as well as facial rejuvenation and tightening. Cold temperatures accelerate blood circulation and, when combined with dynamic massage techniques, increase the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells (fibroblasts), enhancing collagen and elastin production.

How does it work?

The treatment is performed through dynamic massage in combination with low temperatures, approximately +6°C. The program is divided into two 10-minute phases.
Each side of the face (left and right) is treated separately, and upon completing the first half, the patient can immediately notice the difference between the two sides.

There is no warm phase in this treatment; however, the cold is naturally balanced by the warmth of the body. The skin tightens instantly due to the cold, while wrinkles and fine lines become visibly reduced. Skin pores contract, resulting in a radiant, refreshed appearance. The face looks brighter, smoother, and more youthful.

Cryogenic therapy also provides lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness and improving overall facial brightness. Additionally, cold therapy is anti-inflammatory, offering benefits for redness and acne marks.

What are the advantages of the treatment?

  • Immediate skin tightening and rejuvenation
    • Visible reduction of wrinkles and fine lines
    • Minimization of enlarged pores
    • Significant improvement in under-eye puffiness due to lymphatic drainage
    • Reduction of redness and blemishes thanks to the anti-inflammatory effect of cold
    • Instant radiance and a refreshed overall facial appearance

What does the treatment feel like for the patient?

The therapy is pleasant and relaxing, as it combines dynamic massage with a device that emits very low temperatures.
Because the cold slightly numbs the skin, the patient does not fully perceive how cold the device actually is. The facial procedure lasts approximately 20 minutes and is generally experienced as soothing and comfortable.

How many sessions are needed?

To achieve optimal results, 5–6 sessions are recommended.
One session per week for five weeks is ideal, followed by 1–2 monthly maintenance sessions to preserve the outcome.
This plan provides cumulative benefits and supports sustained production of collagen and elastin.
