Fractional RF

How does Fractional RF technology work?

Fractional RF technology works by providing electrothermal energy to the skin's lower layer at a controlled depth of penetration (skin). The natural process of generating new collagen and elastin is stimulated using a specifically designed device consisting of an array of needles of varying thickness. Because the unique pins are insulated, the skin's external surface remains unaffected.

What are the indications for treatment?

We may control the depth of penetration, the amount of RF energy channeled, and the duration of exposure, resulting in three-dimensional tissue remodeling and comprehensive treatment personalization based on the indications or combinations of indications per case:

  • Tightening
  • Regeneration
  • Face, eye, and neck wrinkles
  • Photoaging
  • Reduce sebum generation and expand enlarged pores
  • Acne control that is active and irritated
  • Acne scar regeneration or a different cause
  • Skin tightening in sensitive body parts (arms, knees, abdomen, inner thighs)
  • Stretch marks are scars on the skin caused by stretching

All areas of the face, neck, and body can benefit from fractional RF treatment.

As a result, we get a highly increased and successful therapy both in the deep skin and in the skin, activating collagen production and resulting in the desired improvement in many aesthetic problems with total safety.

The insulation of the individual head micro-needles prevents the surface layers of the skin from heat damage and the resulting inflammation, making fractional RF technology a safe application for all skin types throughout the year, including during the summer months.

It can be used safely on dark or tanned skin, which is known to be more susceptible to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, delayed erythema, or even hyperpigmentation caused by other ways.

Does Fractional RF hurt? What is the average recovery time?

This advanced technology facilitates in the reduction of pain during the procedure (when taken in conjunction with the application of a local anesthetic cream prior to the procedure) as well as the reduced recovery time, which can range from a few hours to two days depending on the application protocol and usually involves mild to moderate redness.

The number of sessions recommended is dictated on the patient's requirements and normally varies from 2-4. Significant changes are frequently visible a few weeks after each session, significantly in relation to skin texture, seborrhea, and active acne control. To recover elasticity (tightening) or repair scar tissue, a somewhat longer duration (2-3 sessions) is required.

What treatments can it be combined with?

In the context of face rejuvenation it is recommended that during the doctor's briefing, fractional RF can be used alone or in combination with any other technology or intravenous treatment.
