Penoplasty

It is a technique that involves adjusting the length or size of the penis. Although the size and form of the penis have little sexual significance, a small penis can have a significant psychological impact on a man by prompting him to avoid sexual activity.

Incisions are made at the base of the penis and the dangling ligaments are freed during the augmentation procedure, allowing access to the part of the penis that is hidden behind and below the pubic adhesion. After that, the penis is stretched and the erectile tissue is relocated. The newly exposed incision is covered with a piece of skin from the front of the pubic bone.

The suspended ligament determines the final rise in penis length, which is something that surgeons cannot foresee. This can be an inch or more and a half inch, but it's most commonly 1 1/2 to 2 inches. In general, the length of the penis that we will obtain corresponds to 1/3 of the penis' free body. The extension that occurs will be apparent in both a relaxed condition and an erection state, where it will be significantly greater than before.

We inject adipose tissue obtained by liposuction from other places during the expansion process (normal areas of the abdomen, inner thighs and abdomen). The amount of fat injected will be determined by the patient's preference, as well as the aesthetic standards of not modifying the penis' body. Only a small portion of the fat injected during the fattening procedure is absorbed. This number is between 20 and 30 percent.

The scrotum and penis are frequently swollen after surgery, and any pain, no matter how minor, will be managed with medicines. The majority of people return to work after a few days, but those that work more are likely to earn a little more. It's advised to take a two- to three-week break from sports.

Sexual activity can be continued for around four weeks, while the final outcome of the enlargement procedure will take many months.

Swelling and bruises are to be expected following surgery, and they normally subside after two weeks. All transfers have some absorption, and the surgeon routinely adds extra fat to fill it.
